FAQsQ: How Do Your Gifts Ship? A: Every gift is wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a hand made bow and packaged in air pillows. It is then placed in a 100# corrugated box and shipped UPS, Federal Express or USPS depending on where it is being delivered to. Their are several different delivery options available including Ground and Next Day. Please see "What Items Are Not Available For Ground Shipping" below for more information. Q: Can I Send a Card Enclosure or Message With The Gift? A: Yes! We do include a greeting with every gift. You simply enter the message you would like to be sent with the gift into the box provided on the product information page before adding it to your cart. Q: How Long Does It Take For An Order To Ship Out? A: All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 2:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day. All ground orders ship within one business day. When ordering Fruit Gift Baskets, please note the following shipping restrictions: Monday and Tuesday: 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day air shipping are the available options. Wednesday: 2 Day or Next Day air are the only options. Thursday: Next Day air is the only option. Any orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday with anything other than the options listed above will be held until the following Monday for shipping. (There is no shipping of fruit on Friday and unfortunately, we do not offer Saturday delivery on Fruit.)> Q: How Do I Know When My Order Has Shipped? A: You will receive a shipping notification email along with a tracking number when your order ships. Q: How Can I Cancel My Order? A: Should you need to cancel your order, you may do so by using the Order Cancellations link on the right side of your screen. Please note that you may cancel your order for any reason at no charge at any time before your order has shipped. All charges will be refunded to you at that time. If, however, you need to cancel your order after it has shipped, please read the following paragraph. Q: Can I Cancel An Order After It Has Shipped? A: Yes, you may. However there are fees associated with cancelling an order after it has shipped. The following fees will apply: shipping charges to and from the destination and a 20% restocking fee. If we need to request that the carrier intercept the delivery, there will be an additional $12.50 fee. Q: Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses? A: Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses. Q: Do You Ship to Alaska and Hawaii? A: Yes we ship most Gift Baskets with the exception of Fruit and Nuts Gift Baskets and Cookie Gifts to Alaska and Hawaii, but please note, there are additional charges: There will be an additional $15.50 added to the Standard Ground prices and an additional $24.50 added to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping. Q: Do You Ship Internationally? A: At the present, we ship only within the United States. Q: Can I Request Saturday Delivery? A: Yes! However, there is an additional charge of $15.50 added to the Next Day air price for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is not available on Fruit or Nut gifts. Q: What If I Need To Include Special Delivery Instructions With My Order? A: During Step 2 of the checkout process, there will be a box for you to include any comments or special delivery instructions pertaining to your order. Q: Can I Send Gift Baskets to Multiple Recipients Within The Same Order? A: Yes, you can! Just fill in the Recipient's Name and Address in the box provided on the product information page before adding to your cart and there is no need to re-enter the information during checkout. Q: What Items Are Not Available for Ground Shipping? A: At the present time, the following items are not available for Ground Shipping: Fruit Baskets, Nut Baskets and Cookies. At time of check-out the Ground Shipping option will not be available so if you are purchasing more than one Gift Basket and would like to send non fruit, nut or cookie gifts via Ground Shipping, you will need to complete another order. Also, it is recommended that the following Gift Baskets be shipped via Next Day: Gift Baskets containing large amounts of chocolate, especially during the months of June through October due to hotter weather. Please check individual product listings to determine whether Next Day shipping is recommended. Please note that if Next Day shipping is recommended, we will not be able to be responsible should the gift arrive damaged due to heat if not sent by Next Day delivery. Q: What States Can Wine Gifts Be Shipped To? A: Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine and spirits may only be shipped to the following states: AK, CA, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, ND, OH, OR, TX, WV, WY. Please Note: An adult signature (over 21) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. Q: What Happens If My Gift Gets Lost Or Damaged In Transit? A: We will place a claim with the courier. Once the claim has been completed and not before, a refund or reshipment will be offered. Claims typically take 3-5 days to process with the shipping couriers. (Shipments going via USPS do not offer claim service.) All damage claims must be filed within 3 business days of the gift being received. Unfortunately there are NO exceptions. We will not be able to honor damage claims several weeks old under any circumstances. Q: What Payment Forms Do You Accept? A: We currently accept Paypal. However, you do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase a gift but you will be directed to the Paypal website where you can purchase your gift using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card. We unfortunately do not accept personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders. If you do not currently have a Paypal account and would like more information about their secure payment system, please visit their website at paypal.com. Q: Do You Charge Sales Tax On Any Of Your Gift Baskets? A: Yes, we currently charge an 8.25% sales tax on the purchase of Gift Baskets if the buyer resides in California. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificate(s). However, if the recipient of the Gift Certificate(s) resides in California, sales tax will be charged on their purchase while redeeming the Gift Certificate(s). Q: How Do I Purchase Gift Certificates? A: We currently offer three denominations of Gift Certificates. You may choose from $25, $50 or $100 Gift Certificates by simply clicking on Gift Certificates under Shop for Gift Baskets on the left side of your screen. Should you wish to give a different amount, you may purchase multiple denominations. For instance, if you wish to give $75, you may purhcase a $25 and $50 Gift Certificate. For more information on buying, sending and redeeming Gift Certificates, please read the Gift Certificate FAQs located in the More Information section on the right side of your screen. Gift Certificates may be used to purchase any item in our shoppe. They may also be used toward any taxes and shipping charges associated with the purchase. Additional Gift Certificate Assistance: After CSGB has approved the Gift Certificate, the funds are then made available for your use. Upon approval, you will be sent an email with a redemption code. You can redeem that code either by clicking on the link or by typing in the code on the checkout-payment page (or the gv-redemption screen). You will then have funds available for use in that or future transactions. You can then use those funds for yourself, OR, you can email them to friend(s) via the links provided in the shopping cart sidebox. You may email as much as you would like to one or more people, up to the amount you've purchased. Whoever you email it to will receive a new redemption code and will follow the same redemption process ... and can email the funds again if they wish. Q: What If I Have Additional Questions?
